The Hullclade can give some, but it's a bit janky in trying to pull it off and no goods if you've just been board wiped.

MTG is not a pay to win game. Paying with cash will not help you to win, nor is it necessary to win. Do not fall into that trap because you will only be disappointed if you spend any cash with this objective. The key element to win is skill and that takes a long time and effort to develop, but it doesn't take any money.
